Please understand, working at a festival can be full on and our role to provide efficient service throughout the festival.
We usually rotate the team around different roles including point of sales, stock management and preparation. 30th / 31st are the key nights and are required by all staff. Peak times are between 6pm to midnight and some shifts do run late (last bar closes 4am). We do our best with the roster to alternate a late finish with a earlier finish, so that you get a good opportunity to enjoy one of the nights. Just to clarify, it's important to note that no bar shift ends before midnight on either night.
TOP UP OPERATORS AND SUPERVISORS - $day rate TBC based on role
This is where people come to top up their wristband (with money). The main job is: Taking Payment from Festival Goers & Topping up their cashless wristbands. Ensuring all of your transactions are accurate and all eftpos and cash takings reconcile with all top up amounts issued. It's a fun place to be, you're in the festival, working in a team, good vibes, you can dress-up, you chat to the punters, it's a nice customer service job! Top-ups are open quite late so it's highly likely you'll do at least one late shift.
Top ups are open on 29th - 1st - training on the 28th and morning of the 29th.
We are also looking for supervisors who will ensure the ongoing efficiency of the team.
