Payments
Payment is due in full after the final invoice is sent. You have 72 hours to pay after receiving the invoice in order to secure your spot. Please note that your spot isn’t reserved and your cake wont be worked on until the payment is received.
Cancellations & Refunds
Life happens — I totally understand! However, because time and ingredients are reserved for each custom order, refunds cannot be issued within 72 hours of your scheduled pickup. If you need to cancel before that window, please reach out as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate.
Design Changes
If you’d like to make changes to your design, please let me know at least 72 hours before pickup. After that time, changes may not be possible depending on your order’s progress.
Pick-Up & Handling
Pick up location is Marietta Square Market. Please arrive on time for your scheduled pickup. Because I often have multiple orders on the same day, timely pickups help keep everything running smoothly. If you’re running late, please contact me as soon as possible so we can make arrangements.
Please take a moment to check your cake at pickup to make sure everything looks perfect. Once the order leaves my hands, I can’t be responsible for any damage during transport or storage — so drive carefully and keep your cake cool! (Flat surface + air conditioning = your cake’s best friends.)
Quality & Allergies
Every order is handmade with love and close attention to detail. I do my best to match colors and designs as closely as possible, but keep in mind that variations can happen — that’s part of the charm of a handmade cake!
Please note that all items are made in a kitchen that may process nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens.
