The goal of the survey is to inform  a group of instructors on how  to modify their methods course to better serve the preservice and  mentor teachers with whom they work. This survey is prepared for students enrolled in a mathematics methods course and  the mentor teachers (i.e. coaching teachers, supervising teachers) working with them.

Your responses are confidential and anonymous. By taking  the survey, you  consent to participation but your participation is voluntary and  you  may  choose not to participate at any  time with no penalty. The survey should take approximately 15 minutes. Thank you  for your  time.
