Entry Fees are $3 per entry.

PLEASE NOTE CHANGES TO ENTRY PROCESS

Entry form and fees must be received by October 10th, 2025. Mailed entries must be postmarked on or before Oct, 6th, 2025 and include entrants full name and email address. Entries may also be hand delivered to the
festival on Thursday, October 16 th , 4-8 PM and again Friday October 17 th , 8-10 AM at
the fiber arts area in the front of the Santiam building. We will accept late entries during the drop-off period. Late entries will incur a $10 dollar late fee. Additional late entries by same entrant will revert to $3 entry fee. Late entry fees may be paid by cash or check or card.

In the event that OFFF is cancelled all entries will be fully refunded. Full refunds will be issued for entries cancelled on or before Aug 31st, 2025. There is no refund for late cancellations or no-show entries.
