LOVE our volunteers.
Thank you for inquiring about serving in our cafeteria.
The elementary school has lunch from 10:30-12:00 every day. We ask that you arrive around 10:25 to allow time for you to check-in and to receive your apron and scissors.
During your time in the cafeteria, volunteers:
- open students' difficult lunch items
- assist students with getting utensils and napkins
- serve condiments, if available
- wipe tables after classes leave
I try to get the schedule for each month out to our volunteers during the last week of the prior month. If anything changes in your schedule or that week you are unable to make it, let us know so I can make adjustments. We are very flexible. If you want to serve, we can make it happen!
