Faculty Review Committee Interest for Fellowships
Complete the following if you are an active UMN Faculty member with graduate program membership who is interested in serving on a Review Committee* for a Graduate School-Administered Fellowship.

Review Committee (for Fellowships) commitment involves:
  1. attending pre-review meeting, if necessary
  2. review applications assigned to you and complete required evaluation form
  3. attend subcommittee review meeting, if part of fellowship review process
  4. attend finalist selection meeting

*If you have an advisee applying for a fellowship then the Graduate School asks that you recuse yourself from serving on that specific fellowship review committee.
