On Tuesday 13 August (postponement date 15 August)  Koru Hub are going on a field trip to Battle Hill and the Pauatahanui Inlet to observe different habitats as part of our science inquiry. We will be leaving at 9:15am and be back at school at 2:45pm.  We will be travelling by bus first to Battle Hill and then the Pauatahanui Inlet on our way back to school.  

The cost of this trip will be $7.00 to cover the bus.  Please pay this to the office before the trip.

The permission form needs to be filled out by Wednesday 7th August please.

Your child will need warm clothes, a wind proof jacket, good walking shoes, a school sunhat, a substantial lunch and drink. If you would like to bring gumboots as an extra pair of shoes please bring them in a plastic bag. Please keep the lunch healthy with no lollies or fizzy drink.

If you would like to join us on the trip you can make your own way there or carpool with Demelza in her van as the bus will already be full.  All children will be travelling on the bus for safety.
We will need parent helpers on the day, so please fill in the form if you would like to help out and can be there for the whole day. There is no cost for parents, and further information about where and when to meet will be sent out to those coming with us once names are confirmed.
