This competency is a demonstration of understanding. For this competency, you just have to fill in the requested information about your patient, using the Vibra Patient Care system, and answer a basic question or two. You can pick any patient, please do not identify patient name or DOB. Use his/her ID # in format 220XXXX and Room-Bed

Patient ID and Room-Bed *

Look in the H&P and type the first Sentence *

Identify the first CONSULT of the patient's stay. Type the Name and date. *

Take yourself to the point where you ALMOST enter a lab. Please list the the PRESET Labs the start with the word "Vanco" *

Name FIRST Medication and its date and time administered to this patient after admission. *

Submit

Clear form
