Add/Remove Users to a CMC Canvas Course

Colorado Mountain College faculty and staff can use this form to file a request with the Office of Innovations in Teaching and Learning to add or remove users from Colorado Mountain College Canvas courses online. Regular registration changes such as students enrolling in a course or dropping a course are processed automatically; this form is for special requests only.
Please note that in order to comply with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), we may need to contact you for more details before we add anyone to your course.
If you would like to add someone to your course who is not affiliated with CMC, please visit the MyCMC portal to view the CMC policy and forms for guests in Canvas. (https://mycmc.coloradomtn.edu/group/mycampus/sponsoring-a-guest-in-canvas). This form cannot be used for adding or removing non-CMC guests to your Canvas course.
