The International Student One Health Alliance (ISOHA) cordially invites One Health Clubs to join us for the 2021 ISOHA Assembly by actively participating in decision making, elections, conversations about ISOHA's future, and presenting at the Who's Who webinar. Networking and educational opportunities will also be available.

By filling out this form you express your interest  in ISOHA Assembly and to become an active ISOHA Club for the upcoming term. Additionally, your club is expressing its interest in the ISOHA Assembly and agreeing to promote the Assembly and share the information disseminated at the Assembly regarding ISOHA's new membership structure with your members. You will also need to choose a club representative to be the main point of contact with which ISOHA will share communications and elections procedures.
