This is the 13U and 14U Tryout Registration Form

Tryout Information:

The 13U and 14U tryout is Monday, July 21st from 6:45 until 8:15 PM. The tryout is at Heebner Park. Address: 1721 S Valley Forge Rd Collegeville PA.

Players must be registered in order to tryout.

$25 tryout fee is due prior to the tryout. Money can be sent through venmo to the username: @Spiders3131. Please write in the description: "(Player's Name) tryout fee"
