Little Village Learning Enrollment Application

Thank you for your interest in Little Village Learning! I am thrilled to welcome your little one to the program and understand that choosing a daycare provider is a major decision. 

Our daycare follows state regulations for the state of Maryland and will be licensed by the Maryland Department of Education, Division of Early Childhood upon opening. To begin the enrollment process, please complete this form. 

Following submission of this completed form, I will be in touch regarding the approval of your enrollment and additional paperwork. If space is limited for your desired care days and your enrollment is approved, your child will be placed on a waiting list.

Care Schedule

Enrollment options include full-time (5 days per week) as well as part-time (2 or 3 days per week) slots. Care hours run from 8:00am to 2:00pm Monday through Friday. We do not offer half days. 

The following tuition rates are for the 2025-2026 school year (September - June) and are subject to change. Tuition is paid on a monthly basis. A $400 non-refundable deposit is due by August 1st and will be applied to the June tuition balance upon completion of the tuition contract.

5 days per week - $1,200 / month

3 days per week - $720/month

2 days per week - $480/month
