New Habit Bootcamp!
Get excited! I am looking for fun, motivated and driven participants for my monthly new habit challenge! Its a small, completely private program that will get you looking awesome. This program is limited in size and only open to new challengers. I will provide you 4 weeks of meal plans, meal planning tips, grocery lists, plus you'll receive 7 workouts, portion control and nutrition guidelines.
