・納入された選考料と入学金は、いかなる場合でも返金しない。The Visa Application Fee and Registration Fee are non-refundable for any reason.

・授業開始日より1ヶ月以上前のキャンセルの場合：納入された授業料を全額返金する。但し、当校で発生する送金手数料は学生の負担になる。Cancellation of course more than 1 month prior to start date：Paid tuition fee will be fully refunded although ALA will not bear any handling charge.

・授業開始日1ヵ月前～授業開始日前日までのキャンセルの場合：納入された授業料から違約金を引いての返金になる。但し、当校で発生する送金手数料は学生の負担になる。Cancellation of course from 1 month prior to start date until the day before start date：Paid tuition for remaining terms which have not yet begun will be refunded although ALA will not bear any handling charge. (Penalty charges will be deducted.)

・授業開始後のキャンセル：納入された授業料は、いかなる理由であっても返金しない。Cancellation of course after start date：Paid tuition fee is not refundable for any reason.

・返金の手続きは、書面による申し出が必要である。A notice in writing is needed for refund processing.

・在留資格認定証明書及び入学許可書が発行されている場合には、当該書類のALAへの返却をもって返金手続きを開始する。In case certificates of admission and Certificate of Eligibility have been issued, ALA proceed refund after returning the certificates.

・生徒が、学則その他本校が定める諸規則を守らず、その本分にもとる行為があったときは、校長は当該生徒に対して懲戒処分を行うことができる。When a student misconducts him/herself by breaking any of these school rules or other regulations we set, the principal can take any disciplinary action against him/her.

・授業中における妨害やまたは周囲学生への迷惑行為が見られた場合は校長は当該学生に対して懲戒処分を行うことができる。The principal may take disciplinary action against a student who interferes in class or is disruptive to other students.

・生徒は授業料を所定の期日までに納入しなければならない。Tuition fee must be paid by the fixed date regardless of whether or not he/she attends.

・生徒は正当な理由なく、かつ、所定の手続きを行わずに、授業料を3ヶ月以上滞納し、その後においても納入の見込みのない場合には、校長は当該生徒に対して退学を命ずることができる。If a student falls behind in his/her payments of tuition fee for more than 3 months without following prescribed procedure, valid reason and any promise of payment neither, the principal will order him/her to expel from the school.
