All information will be verified. Upon return of a complete pre-application, you will be contacted to schedule an appointment to view the unit. If you are interested after viewing the unit, you will be provided a full written application and invite to complete a credit and background check. Please note, the following items will result in application denial:
1. Conviction of a violent crime within the last 7 years
2. Conviction of a crime relating to theft or burglary within the last 7 years
3. Eviction within the last 7 years
4. Unpaid fees to previous landlord within the last 10 years
5. Lack of or no previous rental history
6. Excessive debt to income ratios (some cases may be approved with explanation)
7. Income requirement is at least 3 times the amount of rent
** In most cases "bad credit" is okay. Lanlord may request an additional security deposit.
