Octoberfest Set-Up Volunteers 2026
  • This shift runs from 5:30am-9:00am, and volunteers will receive a vest and radio during set up - to be returned at end of shift.

  • You will be assigned a section of the event to set up.

  • Duties include items like:
    Helping get vendors in place
    Putting out Trash/Recycling Bins 
    Reposition picnic tables
    Check for non-profit signage on all food vendors
    Verify barriers around generators
    Prompt set-up and removal of vendor vehicles
    Remove tape markings along sidewalk toward end of shift
    Other duties as necessary 

  • At the end of your shift, you'll receive a wristband and beer tickets (if of age) as an appreciation for your help.  They will also be coffee and light breakfast items available in headquarters, and you'll receive an invitation to the Volunteer Party. 
If you have more volunteers to sign up, there's the option to hit "Submit another response" at the end of the quick survey if you have more people to register.  We appreciate all the help!
