Thank you for your interest in travelling on an Ancient Origins Expedition.  These expeditions are operated by Arcadia Expeditions who will also be responsible for confirming and managing all bookings.  Therefore, to reserve your (and your travelling party’s) place on an expedition, please complete the Booking Form below as an initial first step in the booking process.  

This booking form will take you through a number of sections relating to each passenger’s contact details, passport details, emergency contacts, medical and dietary information, trip information and payment details.  

You can add up to 4 passengers in one form so if your group has more than 4 people, please complete separate booking forms to cover the group.

IMPORTANT:  Please ensure this form is completed accurately and that passport information including names and dates exactly match as they appear in each passenger’s passport. We are not responsible for information you have entered incorrectly which may then lead to additional charges for correction.
