As a Member of Warner Robins Kappa League you are expected to adhere to the following rules and expectations:
1. Be attentive, engaged, and an active participant during meetings.
2. Put away and silence devices during meetings.
3. Attend meetings and outings regularly. Please let your assigned advisor and administrative assistant/team mom know if you will not be in attendance.
4. Arrive to meetings on time.
5. Proper Attire for Meetings: Khakis (not cargo style) , white button down dress shirt, kappa tie, belt, dress or casual shoes (no sneakers) or (Kappa League polo, khakis and comfortable shoes (no slides or crocs).
6. Bring a notebook and pencil/pen to meetings.
7. Use appropriate language at all times.
8. Remain in good academic standing at school. Please let us know if any academic support is needed.
9. ISS = Meeting with advisors. Parents, please notify us if your child has any behavior issues that we need to address. If your child has multiple ISS placements, it may result in expulsion for the remainder of the year and/or suspension from Kappa League activities.
10. Suspension from school = Zero Tolerance (may result in expulsion for the remainder of the year)
11. Fighting (school, public outing, etc.) = Zero Tolerance (may result in expulsion for the remainder of the year)
12. Slander of another’s character = Zero Tolerance (may result in expulsion for the remainder of the year)
13. Being disrespectful at school/home or in meetings = Zero Tolerance (may result in expulsion for the remainder of the year or suspension from Kappa League’s activities)
14. Please represent yourself, your family and this organization with respect at all times.
