Creating Justicemakers: Youth Ki Awaaz's Writer's Training Program 2022
Youth Ki Awaaz is India’s largest writing platform that enables students and young people from across the country to use the power of their writing to highlight issues that matter most.

Creating and influencing the existing narrative around key social justice issues has not only been the mission of the YKA platform but also all our capacity building programs, and this will find a renewed and special focus in our next Writer's Training Program.

Justicemaking has been at the heart of all our editorial and advocacy work and has been primarily people powered and people led. While changemaking and justicemaking are often used interchangeably, we believe the latter goes one step further, where individuals use creativity and collaborative action to create solutions that have justice outcomes for a community.

When you become a part of the Youth Ki Awaaz Writer’s Training Program, you join a network of committed changemakers & justicemakers who believe in collaboration, and in the power of enabling each other to do more, be more and achieve more.

The second batch is in its last leg, and the outreach for the third batch is live now, which is due to start by April 21, 2022. Selections for the third and final batch are closing on 20th April, so apply now!

The Justicemakers Writer's Training Program is being run by YKA in partnership with Ashoka's Law for All initiative and Agami.
