Planning for the needs of our current and future students in Cedar Falls is important to us. We are asking that each preschool and elementary school family assist us by providing the following information

Please list the children in your family who are not yet attending school. Iowa law requires children be 5 years old before September 15th to be enrolled in Kindergarten. We will hold our Kindergarten Parent Meeting for parents only on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 beginning at 6:30 PM. *
Do you currently have students attending our school? If so, please list their names and grades for the 2024-2025 school year. *
Is there a possibly you may be moving within Cedar Falls or to another community? If so, please provide us with as much information as you are able to assist in our planning. *
Do you know a neighbor who may have a child starting Kindergarten next fall who may not have a child in school yet? If so, please list their name, parent name, address, birth date, phone number and email address. Thank you! *
