Thank you for your interest in the Mill Creek Yacht Club and its recreational activities.  Please fill out and submit one form for each individual for each event.

For Canoe Trips, we provide: the canoes, paddles, and personal flotation devices
Your responsibility: dress appropriately for the weather, sun screen is recommended, closed toed shoes are required, bring water and a snack, if you need it
