After submitting, acceptable food vendors will receive a vending contract. We can not accept all vendors.
Food Vendors will be notified by email and given approximately 1 week to make payment. All payments may be made via check / money order / or called in with a credit card. If payment is not received by the provided date, your spot will be given to the next approved vendor.
Food Vendor price is $200.00 and includes standard 20 amp hook up, and access to ground water. In the event of rain an enclosed area will be available for serving. Approved vendors will receive 4 passes for workers and 3 vendor parking passes. A 20x20 area will be provided.
Vendors are responsible for cleaning their area and removing all trash (a receptacle will be available this year). Clean-up must be completed by 12 AM Sunday. You may also vend for the Friday, September 28 show!
