We are so excited that you are joining us in Orlando this July 19-20, 2019 for with LifeWay Women Live! We know God is going to do amazing things this weekend, and we are thrilled to experience them with you. We know that you have a few questions and we hope to answer them here.

When does the event start & end?
Doors open on for Premium Experience Friday night at 5:00 PM and 5:30 for General Admission. The event begins at 7:00 PM and concludes at 9:30 PM. On Saturday morning, doors open at 7:30 AM and the event begins at 8:30 AM. There is a Lunch break from 11:30 AM - 1:00 PM, and the event concludes at 5:00 PM.
How much does the event cost?
$79 10 or more in one purchase

Can I purchase a ticket/wristband at the door?
Yes you can! Just as long as the event isn’t sold out, you CAN purchase a ticket at the door. Please visit the will call/registration area to purchase your event registration. Will Call opens at 5:00 PM.
What happens if I lose my ticket/wristband? Or I never received my wristband in the mail?
Have no fear! The will call/registration table will have a list of all registered attendees. Simply visit the will call booth when you arrive at the arena and give your name. You will be given a new wristband for the weekend. Will Call opens at 5:00 PM.
Will there be handicapped seating?
ADA seating will be reserved in certain areas of the venue. Handicapped guests and one companion are welcome to enter the event 15 minutes before doors open to find their seats.
Where do I sit?
The event is general admission, and all seating is first come, first served. Once you enter the arena, you're free to choose where you would like to sit!
When will I receive my event ticket/wristband?
Watch for your wristband in the mail along with your confirmation letter shortly after it has been purchased.
I can’t come to the event anymore, what do I do?
All tickets are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another event. However, you're welcome to give your ticket to someone else so they can attend the event!
Is there sign language interpretation?
Yes, please indicate this need when registering online. The deaf/hearing impaired section is reserved at the front of the venue for clear access to ASL interpreter. We also offer CART services, if requested. Just a reminder, you must register for CART at least two weeks out from the event date.
Can men attend this event?
Men are more than welcome to attend the event, but they will be greatly outnumbered. Our attendees are about 98% women!
Can children attend this event?
Yes, but you must purchase their ticket/wristband in order for them to have a seat in the venue. Many arenas do not permit strollers in the seating areas. Please check with them directly. Keep in mind that we encourage women to use this weekend as a way to be re-filled, allowing them a time away from the routine of life.
I’m bringing my baby, is there a nursing mom location?
Most arenas have a family bathroom that can be utilized. Feel free to ask a venue or LifeWay staff person for assistance if needed.
Is dinner/lunch provided during the event?
A lunch voucher can be purchased upon registration, and is optional. The optional lunch will be provided at 11:30 am on Saturday. You will receive a meal ticket along with your wristband in the mail when purchased prior to the cut off date. Concession stands will be open and available for purchase throughout the event.
Can I bring my own food to the event?
Outside food and drinks are usually not permitted in the arena/church. That is generally their policy, but you can check with them to be sure.
