Cadillac Rainbow Ranch Dinners
Join Chef Kyle Mendenhall in partnership with our local purveyor partners for a bountiful family style dinner at Cadillac Rainbow Ranch, located in Lafayette, Colorado. We will gather at 5pm and sit for our meal at approximately 5:30. Cost is $150 to cover our expenses to hold the event. This includes food, rental, and non-alcoholic beverages and labor. You are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages. Dates for our 2026 season are as follows:

Saturday June, 20th: Speedwell Farm & Gardens
Saturday, August 8th: SOLD OUT Enso Farm + Forage

We will have 50 seats for each dinner. If you would like to join us, please complete the following form. Since this a private event in our home, we will confirm invitations to the evening via email. We look forward to seeing you at the Ranch!
