The Helm Impact Clinic is created for social-purpose organisations, to offer leaders and teams a space to pause, reflect, and engage in focused conversation about where they are and what they are navigating.

We’re opening a small number of 60 minutes conversations to begin with, and will prioritise thoughtfully rather than first-come-first-served.

The Clinic is not a charity, but neither is it priced in a uniform or rigid way. To preserve the dignity of the process, we are experimenting with a pay-by-heart approach, where participants contribute in line with the value they feel they have received.
