Welcome to Jumia Training Center, our main goal is  to grow your business on Jumia  because we believe that  your success is an indicator of our success .


Because we are interested in explaining everything related to selling on Jumia, we have dedicated training to develop your business and learn how to receive and manage your orders from the online store in addition to other training to develop your skills. Jumia training is:

Basic training: The training  lasts  for 1h45m,  during which we introduce all the selling tools on Jumia, such as the online store website, to ensure a good start in selling your products.

 It includes:

  • Introduction to how  on Jumia Operations.

  • A complete explanation  of Jumia Commissions and fees.

  • How to  create and manage your products  on Jumia.

Vendor Center Training: This training we will explain how to use the vendor center app and manage Vendor Center with the available tools. It would also serve as a Q & A session designed to solve all issues vendors experience day to day.
It Includes:
  • How to manage and ship your orders
  • How to Understand your Seller Performance on Vendor Center and the Jumia website.
  • How to Understand your Account Statement

You can book both training sessions together or just one training session.
