What is your business model? *
Defining your business model requires important distinctions. For example a mortgage correspondent, may primarily broker loans, but consider itself a correspondent because of table funding.  The roles are different, though.  ONLY Consider yourself a correspondent if you have an independent warehouse line and you underwrite and fund.  A bank or credit union could be a Mortgage Broker-Table Funder, even though it has the capabilities to lend.
