All candidates must fill out the registration form, they must be between 18 and 25 years old, must be born female and be a resident of New York, be Panamanian born or of Panamanian descent, have no police record, ability to travel, must be single and without children, ability to speak in public, the winner must participate in the different activities carried out by the organizers, fundraising and financing resources (for example, clothing, events, floats, etc.), support (for travel, fund, sponsors).


Todas las candidatas deberán llenar la ficha de inscripción, debe tener de 18 a 25 años, deben ser nacida femenina y ser residente en nueva York, ser panameña nacida o descendiente de panameño (a), no tener record policivo, capacidad de viajar, debe ser soltera y sin hijos, capacidad para hablar en público, proyecciones, la ganadora deberá participar en las diferentes actividades que lleve a cabo los organizadores, recaudación de fondos y recursos de financiamiento (por ejemplo vestimenta, eventos, carroza etc.), apoyo (para viajes, fondo, patrocinadores).
