24th Pumpkin Festival Volunteer Sign Up
The 24th Pumpkin Festival is a two-day community outreach event that will host over 20,000 children and their families. We will be celebrating the fall season with live entertainment, food, rides, games, and crafts.

We are looking for youth (minimum of 14 years old) and adult volunteers to help with the Pumpkin Festival. Please sign up and select your shifts here! You can select more than 1 shift each day.

Location: Brookside Park located at 360 North Arroyo Blvd. Pasadena, CA 91103

I, the Volunteer, release and forever discharge and hold harmless Kidspace Children's Museum and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature,either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the services I provide to Kidspace Children's Museum. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Kidspace Children's Museum from any liability or claim that I may have against Kidspace Children's Museum with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services I provide to Kidspace Children's Museum or occurring while I am providing volunteer services.
Volunteer Agreement *
As a Kidspace volunteer, I agree that I am at least 16 years of age and that I WILL 1) Represent Kidspace Children's Museum with professionalism, dignity, and be responsible for conducting myself with courtesy & appropriate behavior as a representative of this organization. 2) Sign in at the beginning of my shift and receive a volunteer badge. Sign out at the end of my shift and return my volunteer badge. 3) Follow through and complete accepted tasks. Keep Kidspace staff and volunteers informed of progress, concerns and problems within the assignment(s) in which I participate. Work cooperatively as a team member with Kidspace employees and other volunteers. 4) Dress and act in an appropriate manner at all times, and be a positive role model. Display respect and courtesy for Kidspace employees, other volunteers, program participants, and property. 5) Provide a safe environment by not harming people in any way, whether through discrimination, sexual harassment, physical force, verbal or mental abuse, neglect, or other harmful actions. 6) Respect the privacy of persons served by the organization and hold in confidence sensitive, private, and personal information. (Reports of child abuse or neglect will be handled as per California State Law). 7) Respect and follow Kidspace policies and program expectations.
