The Creative Hour Artist Pre-Interview Questions
The Creative Hour is a monthly podcast of in-depth conversations between the host, Prince Shakur, and predominantly artists of color across mediums about the creative projects that challenged, broke down, or liberated them.

This questionnaire is for prospective CH artists or artists who are currently scheduled to be interviewed. Some of this information will be used for the "Featured Artist" page of The Creative Hour website. Preference given to black artists, artists of color, LGBTQIA+ artists, artists with disabilities, and other marginalized backgrounds.

Hosted by Prince Shakur. Broadcast with VERGE.FM.
