Present research was carried out in order to enrich the understanding on the child’s anxiety issue through scientific methodology. The research started with identification on the issue and follows by literatures review, research questions, data collection and discussion.

This set of questionnaire was developed to collect child’s anxiety experiences. Present research does not involve any clinical, video recording as well as interview. Although involvement in present research does not benefit the respondents directly but the data collected from respondents are the fundamental resources to look into the social issue.
