2019 FBC Boutique & Car Show Nov. 1&2
Thank you for applying to our 2019 FBC Boutique & Car Show (formerly Candy Cane Lane Boutique & Market) This is a fundraiser for our Women's Ministries at First Baptist Church, located at 4525 S. McClintock Dr., Tempe, AZ 85282. Vendor fees will be used in part for advertising and event expenses and the remainder is used at the discretion of the Women's Ministry Director, primarily to offer scholarships to events. We are primarily a hand-crafted show and we limit the number of DS spaces to 30% or less. DS consultants will need to wait for approval on space based on other applications. If a DS consultant, which company are you with?

Our event is a 2-day event on Friday, Nov. 1st from 4-8pm and Saturday, November 2nd 9am-3pm. Indoor vendors MUST man their booth both days and may not tear down before 3pm on Saturday. Set-up is Friday, Nov. 1, 10am-2:30pm check in and ready to go by 3:30pm. Saturday, outdoor vendors check in is 6:30am-7:30am. This is a rain/shine event and no refunds of booth fees will be given. By applying you agree to participate in the FBC Boutique & to pay the associated fees for participation upon application approval. It is the vendor's responsibility to provide their own tables, chairs, card readers & any thing else needed to conduct business throughout the day. Vendors will be accepting their own sales transactions and are responsible for any associated state or local taxes from those sales. Vendors can visit for information on obtaining a temporary sales tax license (Transaction Privilege Tax), if they do not already have one for the city of Tempe and/or State of Arizona. Exhibitors are required to stay open and operational throughout the event hours. Exhibitors packing or leaving early will forfeit ability to participate in future events. We strive for a family friendly environment: smoking, foul language, & otherwise unprofessional behavior will not be permitted at this event. By violating these term you may be asked to leave the event, you will not have your fee returned & you may forfeit your ability to participate at future events.By agreeing below you acknowledge that you will not hold First Baptist Church or the event coordinator(s) liable for any lost, stolen or damaged goods or property. No guarantee of exclusivity is made or implied, however, we will do our best to provide a unique blend of products and services for the betterment of the event. Payment by card for booth fees will be assessed a processing fee. Booth fees are nonrefundable. *
