Submission of host form is not a guarantee of acceptance for the proposed party. Parties may not be canceled but may be rescheduled in case of Force Majeure.

Party Book events are private parties and are NOT Bay Laurel PFA-sponsored events. By offering to host a party, the host(s) agree to provide full and adequate insurance and to fully and completely release the Bay Laurel PFA and LVUSD from any and all liability arising from or connected to the party. Neither the Bay Laurel PFA or LVUSD are responsible for these events. Ticket purchasers will be notified that they agree to release and hold harmless the host(s), the PFA, and LVUSD.

Remember, ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of the ticket sales for a Party Book event go directly to the Bay Laurel PFA. Thank you for supporting our amazing school!
