We appreciate your commitment to one of our church community's largest fundraisers of the year! We work hard to ensure a smooth and easy experience for participants and customers.
As in the past, customers will carry a sales slip from artist to artist on which all of their purchases are recorded. They pay for all purchases at a checkout station. Artists DO NOT handle money, and will retain 80% of your sales. You will be responsible for any sales or income tax that result from your sales.
You will be given a three to four letter code which must be clearly marked on every item you sell AND on the customer sales slip. This allows the cashiers to accurately track your sales. You will receive a check within 14 - 21 days, based on the items that were recorded with your artist code.
Display space is available throughout the church. You need to bring your own table (6 feet) and/or display racks, plus an extension cord and extra lighting, if needed. We have limited electrical outlets. There is also limited wall space. You will be assigned your display area. If you have participated in the event before, please let us know if your previous display location would work for you. We can not promise that you will be assigned the same space, but we will do the best to honor requests on a first-come-first-serve basis.
The church will be open for set-up Friday 3 pm - 8 pm, and also starting at 7 am Saturday morning. Participating artists will be provided a code (if you have participated in previous years your code likely stays the same), informed of your display location and given a sample of the sales slip at set-up.
