Перший Міжнародний форум адвокатів, проведений у 2024 році, став знаковою подією для правничої спільноти та об’єднав представників юридичної професії з 24 країн світу. Форум започаткував стійку традицію міжнародного професійного діалогу, спрямованого на зміцнення інституційної спроможності адвокатури та інтеграцію української правничої спільноти у глобальний правовий простір.

Організація форуму була зумовлена потребою адаптації національної практики здійснення адвокатської діяльності до сучасних правових викликів, динаміки євроінтеграційних процесів України та розширення географії професійної взаємодії адвокатів. Особливого значення набуло формування практичних навичок і застосування професійних знань під час надання правничої допомоги не лише в межах національної юрисдикції, а й у транскордонному вимірі. Водночас актуалізувалася необхідність поглиблення співпраці між адвокатами та органами адвокатського самоврядування різних правових систем.

Міжнародний форум адвокатів 2026 покликаний розвинути напрацьовані інституційні та професійні підходи й позиціонується як авторитетна платформа для фахової комунікації  й дискусії науковців і практиків у процесі обговорення та вироблення рішень щодо актуальних викликів адвокатури

Метою Міжнародного форуму адвокатів – 2026 є формування сучасної науково-практичної платформи для обміну професійними знаннями та передовими практиками між адвокатами, суддями всіх інстанцій, представниками правоохоронних органів, державних і міжнародних інституцій у контексті європейської інтеграції України.

Програма Міжнародного форуму адвокатів передбачає багаторівневу професійну взаємодію учасників і поєднує стратегічні дискусійні платформи з практико-орієнтованими форматами роботи.

У межах Форуму заплановано проведення тематичних панелей у форматі панельних дискусій, що забезпечать можливість ґрунтовного фахового обговорення ключових питань розвитку адвокатури та правозастосовної практики. 

Програма Міжнародного форуму адвокатів 2026 включатиме також:

- експертні виступи фахівців, спрямованим на висвітлення передових практик і новітніх підходів у юридичній діяльності;

- модеровані професійні дискусії, що сприятимуть формуванню консолідованих підходів до вирішення складних правових питань;

- батл-руми -  інтерактивна дебатна форма, орієнтована на зіставлення альтернативних правових позицій, аргументований професійний діалог і вироблення збалансованих рішень;

- майстер-класи та практичні сесії, під час яких учасники матимуть можливість поглибити прикладні компетентності, ознайомитися з ефективними інструментами адвокатської практики та розглянути реальні кейси.

З метою підвищення ефективності професійного обміну програма також передбачатиме можливості для нетворкінгу, міжінституційного діалогу та налагодження міжнародних партнерств, що сприятиме формуванню сталих професійних зв’язків у правничому середовищі.

Інформація щодо акредитації заходу, а також офіційна реєстрація адвокатів для участі з метою нарахування залікових балів підвищення кваліфікації здійснюються виключно через ВША НААУ.

The first International Advocates' Forum, held in 2024, was a landmark event for the legal community and brought together representatives of the legal profession from 24 countries around the world. The forum initiated a lasting tradition of international professional dialogue aimed at strengthening the institutional capacity of the legal profession and integrating the Ukrainian legal community into the global legal space.

The forum was organized in response to the need to adapt national legal practice to contemporary legal challenges, the dynamics of Ukraine's European integration processes, and the expansion of the geography of professional interaction among lawyers. Of particular importance was the development of practical skills and the application of professional knowledge in the provision of legal assistance not only within national jurisdiction, but also in a cross-border dimension. At the same time, the need to deepen cooperation between lawyers and bar self-government bodies of different legal systems became more pressing.

The International Advocates' Forum  2026 is designed to develop established institutional and professional approaches and is positioned as an authoritative platform for professional communication and discussion between scholars and practitioners in the process of discussing and developing solutions to the current challenges facing the legal profession.

The goal of the International Advocates' Forum – 2026 is to create a modern scientific and practical platform for the exchange of professional knowledge and best practices between lawyers, judges of all instances, representatives of law enforcement agencies, state and international institutions in the context of Ukraine's European integration.

The program of the I International Advocates' Forum   provides for multi-level professional interaction between participants and combines strategic discussion platforms with practice-oriented formats of work.

The Forum will feature thematic panels in the format of panel discussions, which will provide an opportunity for in-depth professional discussion of key issues in the development of the legal profession and law enforcement practice.

The program of the 2026  International Advocates' Forum  will also include:

- expert presentations by specialists aimed at highlighting best practices and the latest approaches in legal practice;

- moderated professional discussions that will contribute to the formation of consolidated approaches to solving complex legal issues;

- battle rooms - an interactive debate format focused on comparing alternative legal positions, reasoned professional dialogue, and developing balanced solutions;

- master classes and practical sessions, during which participants will have the opportunity to deepen their applied competencies, familiarize themselves with effective tools of legal practice, and consider real cases.

In order to enhance the effectiveness of professional exchange, the program will also provide opportunities for networking, inter-institutional dialogue, and the establishment of international partnerships, which will contribute to the formation of lasting professional ties in the legal community.
