STEP ONE APPLICATION:Food Vendors are allowed to sell merchandise on-site in the Food Truck area of the Vendor Village at the ROC Pride Fest on Saturday, July 20 and Saturday, July 21, 2019 at Cobb’s Hill Park in Rochester, NY. The park opens at noon both days and we ask that vendors are set up at least one hour in advance.
You are required to follow all Vendor Rules as published and communicated to you.
You are required to follow all New York State, County of Monroe, and City of Rochester laws and ordinances regarding permits, sales tax, insurance, and public safety.
By submitting an online application to be a ROC Pride Vendor, the Applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Gay Alliance of the Genesee Valley Inc, DBA Out Alliance, its Board, employees, and volunteers involved with ROC Pride Fest from all claims and liabilities.
ALL FOOD VENDORS MUST PROVIDE A Certificate of Insurance (COI) NAMING THE OUT ALLIANCE AS INSURED. This COI must have 1,000,000.00 liability coverage. This must be submitted via email to Vendor Village Lead, Mara at firstname.lastname@example.org by Friday, June 21, 2019 at noon.
By submitting an online application, the Applicant acknowledges responsibility for compliance with all Vendor rules that are posted or communicated to the applicant.
Applications close on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 11:59 pm.Late fee of $35.00 will be added to Vendor applications submitted after Friday, June 14, 2019.You will receive notice if your application is accepted by Monday, June 17, 2019 and then a you must pay the registration fee of $250 if not already paid. Registration payments must be received by Monday, July 8, 2019 at noon at the latest.
Food Vendors are required to be in place no later one hour prior to opening on each day (Festival grounds open at 12pm both days) and are not permitted to leave the RocPride Fest grounds during open hours without prior consent of the Out Alliance or ROC Pride Fest administrators.
Please know that registration fee includes FOUR ENTRY TICKETS per day. If you have more staff, you will need to purchase additional tickets.

Applications close on June 14, 2019. There is a late fee of $35 for any payments after June 14, 2019. STEP THREE: You will hear if your application is accepted by Monday, June 17, 2019. If application is accepted, you will need to pay the $250 fee. Pay the registration fee on or before Monday, July 8, 2019 at noon. Full payment must be received before registration is considered complete.STEP FOUR: Submit Certificate of Insurance (COI) and your temporary food service permit via email to Vendor Village Lead, Mara at email@example.com by Friday, June 21, 2019 at noon.
