RAK Experience/Project Recorder
RAK Students ~ Thank you for being a part of RAK!  This form will be your primary source of documentation for your RAK projects/experiences. It will give you the opportunity to write about your RAK experience in full detail and at the same time, allow me to see the different RAK projects and services that are being carried out. It will also allow me to collect data.

****RAK Students ~ Please be sure to fill out ALL sections of this form!

Since this is your primary source to documentation,  it is very important that you fill this out within 72 hrs. of performing your project.  

If you would like to have a written or typed copy of your RAK experience for your meetings, please fill out the form included in the binder contents. Each RAK lead will have a copy of the RAK Recorder and it will also be sent to all of the RAK parents and students.

All pictures from your RAK project must be submitted to tbayo@popschool.net Please submit any photos from your experience within 72 hrs. of completing your project.
