Flourtown Swim Club Birthday Request Form 
Please fill out this form if you're interested in having a party at Flourtown Swim Club. See these FAQs regarding how kids' birthday parties work at FSC.  

Please note that parties are only available for swim club members and their immediate family members also on the membership.  Members cannot hold a party and be the liaison to an outside group or other non-members.  

Any group over 10 is considered a "party" and must be cleared with swim club office to ensure that it can be accommodated. Members who host a party at FSC with over 30 non-member guests are subject to a surcharge of $75, in addition to the applicable $15/per person weekend guest fee.

The swim club will begin calendaring dates April 15 of each year.  Requests submitted prior will not be placed on the calendar until after April 15. 

Note: filling out this form does not guarantee a space will be available for you.  You will be contacted by the club to confirm availability.

  • Rain dates cannot be accommodated; all parties are subject to the swim club's inclement weather policy

We offer two different pavilion areas for a party.  Both are shaded with picnic tables: 
-The Shade Pavilion is available beginning at 12pm
-The Upper Pool Pavilion is available beginning at 2pm  

Please select which space you'd like; this will also determine your party's start time.  Members can arrive one hour early to begin setting up.
