*IMPORTANT* If you have your 10 digit HRCE Student ID number, you may not need a transcript - many learning institutions in Nova Scotia will accept your Student ID number to pull up your transcript automatically. Please use this option if possible before requesting a transcript here. If you do not have it, you may call us to inquire at (902) 464-2457.
To request a transcript from Dartmouth High School, please provide accurate information below:
1. Provide your full name at the time of graduation, birth date, email address and phone number
2. Let us know if you are a current or graduate/past student and how many copies you need
3. Provide current mailing address with your submission IF you require a paper copy
4. If required, provide the name of the learning institution(s) you would like your transcript emailed/mailed to
5. Let us know if you need to tell us anything more
Transcripts are printed and/or emailed/mailed approximately twice per week. Some graduation years might take longer if they are not yet in digital form.
If requested, we email transcripts directly to learning institutions. Clearly identify which institution(s) you wish to have them sent to along with their admissions email address. Paper copies can also be picked-up or mailed out to you or to the institution if required (for example: out of province or for scholarships)
(Do not open school sealed transcripts as many institutions will not accept them)
