I understand that by completing this request for a mooring I agree to follow the policies and rules, which are year-round and subject to change at the discretion of the CSA Board of Trustees.

Thank you for completing this form. An email will be sent to confirm that the weeks you have requested are available. Your invoice will include a $30 per week mooring fee and your annual Assembly registration fees. Your reservation will be confirmed when payment is received.
