[The Process]

1. Read all the details before filling out the form below. Pay special attention to the deadlines.

2. You will receive an email from me to confirm your order within 48 hours. This is to ensure that I indeed have received your order and that the email you provided is correct. I will have the due dates on said email, too.
 
3. When the order closes, I will email everyone with details on the final cost of First Payment and how to pay. Please pay promptly. Payment period is only open for 3 days and usually begins the day after I close the form.
>> If I do not receive your payment by the due date, I will cancel your order without further notice. Be aware that I have the right to decline your orders in the future.

4. Once all the payments have been collected, I will make the group deposit. I will send an email with proof of the deposit and confirmation from the fansite. This may take a few days.

At this point, the waiting begins while the goods are being produced.

5. After the goods arrive to me, I will calculate domestic shipping -  from me to you. I will email you the most economical shipping options unless you have stated a preference. I will then ship out items as soon as you have made your payment. When they arrive, please do not forget to notify me through twitter pr email.

This is a two-payment process.
> First Payment = cost of the goods (photobook, calendar, slogan, etc) + EMS + PayPal fee.
> Second payment is domestic shipping and will be paid after the goods arrive.

> I accept payments through PayPal or Google Wallet. Be sure to pay any fees that may apply by selecting 'Send Money to Friends and Family.' (There isn't a fee if the funding source is a bank account.) If you want to pay by cash, check or money order, you must mail your payment a week /before/ the deadline. I will email you the amount you are to pay.

> Any changes in schedule or updates will be announced on my twitter (@yessinya_lh). Any major updates will be sent through email. It is vital that you check these regularly especially when it is close to the deadlines.
> First payment emails go out the day after the order closes.

**In the case that you wish to drop out from the order, please notify me prior to this date. Otherwise if you drop out during payment period, I will ban you from future orders.
