WiLD Executive Fellows Program Application
If you would like to be considered as a participant in an upcoming WiLD Executive Fellows Program, please answer the following questions. Answer the questions as openly and honestly as you can or are willing to at this point in your leadership journey. Like everything we do, the whole picture of who you are and why you are seeking to further develop yourself as a leader is important to us. Our selection decisions are not only based on who you are, why your are, and what you are experiencing, but also on your fit with the incoming cohort. It is our intention to do the best job we can assessing the fit of the academy with your needs, and assessing the needs of the academy with you. Your responses will not be shared beyond our application committee without your express permission.
