We are currently accepting panelist applications for Arisia 2026. Please fill in this form to request to participate in Arisia programming as a panelist or to lead a workshop to be considered for Arisia 2026. The deadline to signup as a new panelist is August 29, 2025.

Everyone attending Arisia events, including staff and volunteers, are expected to abide by the Arisia Code of Conduct. The Arisia Code of Conduct can be found here: https://www.arisia.org/Code-of-Conduct

* If you'd like to recommend someone else to programming, write to programming@arisia.org
* Filling out this form does not guarantee you'll be invited to Arisia programming, and being invited to Arisia programming doesn't guarantee you'll be selected for a particular panel.
* In most cases, being on 3 or more panels will qualify you for a complimentary membership.
