For valuable consideration, including access to non-public areas, I hereby agree to waive or release any and all rights that I or my heirs may have to make a claim against Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center, employees and participants, arising from any damages, injury or death which might occur as a result of my visit to “Dog Days Pool Pawty” at Glen Allen Community Center. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless all of the foregoing from any claims which I might make or which might be made on my behalf by other or be made against me by others, arising from my visit. Furthermore, I agree to indemnify Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center, its Board of Directors, members or employees or any landowners, their families, employees or tenants, for any injury, death, loss or damage to any personal property which might occur because of my visit. 

By signing this Waiver and Release, I understand that I am giving up, (waiving and releasing) any right I might have to sue or make a claim which I might have or which might subsequently arise or occur against Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center’s employees, or its Board of Directors, for any injuries I might sustain because of my visit, and that I am indemnifying and holding harmless Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center, its Board of Directors, members and employees for any damage that I might sustain. It is my intent to give up those rights and provide this Hold Harmless Agreement, and I do so knowingly and voluntarily.

This Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of the date set forth below by and between Continental Pools &  Glen Allen Community Center and the undersigned pet owner (“Owner”) as a condition to, and in consideration of, Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center and Owner entering into an agreement for the care of Owner’s pet(s).Owner understands that GACC’s “Dog Days Pool Pawty” Event is not without some risk. Despite a pet’s healthy appearance, and despite GACC providing a safe environment, all pets, with the greatest amount of care and foresight, can be unpredictable and the unexpected may occur.  In recognition of such, Owner hereby agrees to assume all risk of injury or death or loss of or damage to Owner’s or other’s property and to hold harmless, release and forever discharge Continental Pools & Glen Allen Community Center, its employees, owners, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all liability, loss, damage, expense, cause of action, claim or suit (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs) whatsoever for any and all injury, loss, illness, harm, expense, claim, suit or damage resulting from or in any way related to the provision of GACC’s “Dog Days Pool Pawty” event, including, but not limited to, any injury or damage caused to, or resulting from the actions of, the Owner’s pet(s).
