The Process of registration will be as Follows:
1. Fill this form to apply for the registry of ATSL.
2. After this form is filled, the details provided herein this form will be verified with our records and an E-Mail will be sent in 2 to 3 days on the registered email id entered herein, which will contain all the details relating to your flat registration such as Stamp duty, Govt fee., Documents Required, Place of Submission of the Documents etc. , Time required for the Process, any other dues to be paid before registry (maintenance Charges/ Farmer Compensation charges etc.).
3. Required Documents along with stamp duty and farmer compensation payment details will have to be submitted between 10 Am to 6 pm (From Monday to Friday) and from 10 Am to 5 Pm (Saturday) at C-443, Sector 19, Noida (Ground Floor). Documents can be couriered at this address also.
4. After required Documents are submitted, E Stamp will be issued to Samreddhi by the Stock Holding Corporation.
5. After it Documents will be made and will be signed by Logix Group.
6. The Allottee will be informed and he will have to visit between 10 Am to 6 pm (From Monday to Friday) and from 10 Am to 5 Pm (Saturday) at C-443, Sector 19, Noida (Ground Floor) for the signing process.
7. The Allottee will have to Visit the registrar office at the given date and time. In case of unavailability on that date and time, the allottee will have to inform in advance.
8. After the Registry is done, the allottee will be informed when the original documents come to Samreddhi. Original Documents can be collected by Allottee from Samreddhi in case there is no loan. In Cases of Loan the Original Documents will be sent to Logix office, from where the bank will collect.
