Announcements & Assistance Form
One form, available electronically and in print, for everything. If you need to submit an announcement, use this form. if you need communications assistance, use this form. If you need to share something, and you aren't sure what you need, use this form.

Electronic Submission: This form must be submitted at least seven (7) days prior to the Sunday that you want to share an announcement.

Print Submission: This form must be submitted at least fourteen (14) days prior to the Sunday that you want to share an announcement.

NOTE: If services beyond a church announcement or inclusion in the newsletter are needed, a longer deadline applies. See Sis. Alyssa or text 850.339.5550.
