New Zealand citizen or New Zealand permanent resident (non-Chinese citizenship);                                                                                                                         2. Brought up in countries and regions outside China;                                             3. First language is NOT Chinese. Neither parents should be native speakers of Chinese;                                                                                                                            4.Full-time registered tertiary students in the Wellington region (from Bay of Plenty south to Wellington, excluding Waikato);                                                         5. Aged between 18-30 years.
