Saturday Signing BSL Family Sign Sessions
To enable us to achieve funding to deliver these family sign sessions, we must assess whether interested families meet our funders criteria. Please complete this brief questionnaire to enable us to assess whether you meet the criteria to receive 6 weeks of funded family sign sessions. If you are successful, Phoenix will be in touch to book your family sessions.

Giving multiple time options will give us more of a chance to find a suitable time for both you and Georgia who will be hosting the sessions. (Please note sessions will be up to a maximum of 1 hour per session.
