Traverse City, Mi - We’re looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented, kind person to join our vacation rental business as a housekeeper. The job includes cleaning houses after each guests’ stay including bathrooms, kitchen, floors, bedrooms, some linens, very minor yard pick-up, and anything else to prepare the space for the next group of people. In general, our guests are very respectful of the homes and leave the space as we request it.

It’s important that you truly care about these homes and making them extremely clean and welcoming for each group of guests. People work all year to escape to Northern Michigan. We create the backdrop for their memories. We cherish and respect this responsibility.

Job Expectations
- Reliability, availability, flexibility, attention to detail, and good communication skills

Schedule
- 3-5 days/week
- 12-15 hours/week
- Working hours 11am - 4pm
- All Saturdays off

Compensation
- Per Unit: $40-$75 (Approximately $20-$25/hour)
- Paid training - $15/hour
- Bi-weekly performance-based bonuses
