QBTC Bookfair Survey 2015
We’ve been having lots of conversations about what we want the future of the annual Queer Between the Covers (QBtC) bookfair to look like, and we’d love to hear your thoughts and dreams as well. The survey is anonymous, though there is a space at the end to include your name and contact information in case there is anything you’d like us to follow up with you about.
We’ve asked a variety of questions, please fill out as much or little as you want. At the end of the survey there’s a space for general comments if there’s anything else you’d like to add.

Your answer

Last year, the bookfair ran from 11 am – 6 pm, with tablers invited to arrive at 10am. What did you think about this time range?
The schedule was great.
The schedule did not work for me.
Clear selection
If the schedule did not work for you, please indicate why (did you want it to start or end later/earlier? Did you want it to run longer/shorter, etc.)
Your answer
The bookfair has been growing over the past few years, attracting more tablers and participants each year. We have been considering making the bookfair a two day event to respond to people’s growing interest.
If the book fair was two days...
You would table one day
You would table two days
You would attend one day
You would attend two days
If you feel strongly that the bookfair should be one or two days please explain why:
Your answer
Currently the bookfair does not charge a fee for tablers. Making the bookfair a two day event would be more expensive. Do you think it would be appropriate for QBTC to charge a sliding scale fee for tablers to support the bookfair becoming a two-day event?
Yes
No
I think the bookfair should be two days but should be paid for in another way
